Zip
ZIP is an interactive self ligating bracket that uses a NiTi spring clip that is strong enough to deliver continuous and consistent forces while assuring tooth movement control. When using round archwires, ZIP allows passive engagement during initial leveling and alignment to reduce friction and improve sliding mechanics. When using rectangular archwires, ZIP becomes active, allowing more accuracy in torque control and rotations. The passive phase is up to archwires 0,020″x0,020″ (0,018″x0,018″ for 0,018″ slot), while the active one starts from the size 0,016″x0,022″.

ZIP C is a transparent interactive self-ligating bracket made of high density ceramic. Microfit
Microfit is a one-piece metal bracket line.
Manufactured by MIM technology, its strong mechanical retention is granted by several micro grooves and a sandblasted treatment. Available in Roth and MBT prescriptions with slot 0.018” or 0.022”.

Hexagon
HEXAGON is a MIM bracket line with an accurate slot design to minimize archwire friction and fast archwire positioning.
Retention strength is assured by an anatomical mesh base of 80 gauges, laser welded.

The bracket has a low pro le shape, rounded wings to ensure better patient’s comfort.

Crystal
CRYSTAL is a ceramic brackets line featuring a perfect translucent performance for the best patient’s aesthetic results.
The bracket is made of polycrystalline ceramic, produced with a CIM (Ceramic Injection Moulding) the process at high temperature (1800°C) to ensure high density to prevent breakage and discoloring in the patient’s mouth. Its base is provided with wide undercuts to increase retention.
The rounded wings shape have been designed to reduce the patient’s discomfort without compromising ligature tie grip.
